Jaalam

Jaalam was a son of Esau, born to his wife Aholibamah in the land of Canaan. Genesis names him with his brothers Jeush and Korah, and later calls all three dukes, meaning heads of clans that came from her. The same names are repeated in 1 Chronicles 1, where the sons of Esau are listed again. He does not speak or act in any story. The lists simply show that Esau’s family grew into its own people, even as the account of Jacob’s line goes on.
