Esar-Haddon (esarhaddon)
Esarhaddon is a king mentioned only in passing, yet he appears in two places. In 2 Kings 19 his father is struck down by his own sons while worshipping in the house of his god, and the verse ends simply: “Esarhaddon his son reigned in his stead.” In Ezra 4 a group of people ask to help build the temple, saying they sacrifice to God “since the days of Esarhaddon king of Assur, which brought us up hither.” The Bible tells little more about him. Read 2 Kings 19:37 and Ezra 4:2 to see both mentions.

Ezra
Then they came to Zerubbabel, and to the chief of the fathers, and said unto them, Let us build with you: for we seek your God, as ye do; and we do sacrifice unto him since the days of Esarhaddon king of Assur, which brought us up hither.
