Joshua

24 chapters

Joshua tells how Israel entered and settled the promised land under Moses' successor. The walls of Jericho fall, battles are won and lost, and the land is divided among the tribes. The book ends with Joshua calling the people to decide whom they will serve: "as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD."
